Pull, Sweep, and Formation Duties
Pull: Rider at the front setting tempo for the agreed interval before rotating back.
Sweep: Experienced rider at the rear assisting with mechanical issues and ensuring no one is left behind.
Open slot: Vacant position available for RSVP until the formation cap is reached.
